FOOD FIGHT 2026

Our 15th Food Fight in our 20th HCA year, and for those of you lucky enough to be in attendance, will not quickly be forgotten.
 
A record crowd of 400, raised a record sum in both the auction and raffle to go toward our growing suite of scholarships for young and aspiring Apprentice Chefs and Front of House professionals.
 
Thank you to our Partners who make such a day possible – particularly Platinum Partners Andrews Meat, Shanes Seafood, Select Fresh, Eustralis, Lifelike Group and Scarborough Wines.
 
The Stars of the Show – and deservedly so, our Food Fight Chefs Chris Thornton, Tim Montgomery, Michael Robinson and Troy Rhoades-Brown. 

The high standard of ALL the dishes was reflected in the voting which was unusually close – with Tim Montgomery, and his high profile assistant Gareth Williams, serving up a luscious desert that blew guests away, and was declared a winner!
