SPRING 2025 SEASONAL LUNCH
Esca Restaurant at Bimbadgen
A fun and informative workshop and lunch was enjoyed by our HCA food, wine and olive oil lovers at Esca Bimbadgen with a pre lunch Olive Oil workshop by HCA Silver Partner Pukara Estate.
Pukara Estate's proprietors Steve and Racquel Goodchild talked through the do's and don'ts of olive oil and shared some insightful industry knowledge. Guest got to know what makes a great Extra Virgin Olive Oil, having tasted a selection of oils and gaining an insight into which type of oil works best with certain foods and cooking methods.
Then the ‘main course’ - we were treated to a superb spring inspired lunch by Rapha Martinez, Head Chef of Esca Bimbadgen, who took us on a journey of his new menu which is bursting with fresh flavours and creative presentation to highlight the locally sourced seasonal ingredients. This delicious feast was accompanies by a selection of HCA Wine Partner's Hunter Valley premium wines.
